What’s Included?
During your scheduled visits, we’ll:
- Inspect evaporator and condenser coils
- Check refrigerant levels
- Inspect the air filter
- Test thermostat operation
- Inspect electrical connections
- Measure compressor, fan motor, and blower motor performance
- Inspect capacitors and contactors
- Inspect burners, flame sensor, and ignition system
- Inspect the heat exchanger
- Inspect blower and inducer motors
- Inspect accessible ductwork
- Inspect heat pump operation (if applicable)
- Perform a complete safety inspection
Additional condensate drain cleaning is available if needed.
